As you can imagine, I’ve spent a lot of time managing my thoughts especially during the last four months or so. You know you can choose your thoughts, right? There were times when my husband and I felt really bad about our situation. However, I didn’t want it to define us. A question I kept asking was, “What can we learn from this?”
Now that we’re on the other side of the storm, I’ve been able to reflect back. Even though no one wants to be in the midst of a sh$tstorm, it can provide learning opportunities and unexpected gifts.
